Hi Everyone!!!!
My name is Krystal and my little corner is located in New Jersey. As you can see, my cat, Bambi, is a little camera shy but it's just me and her holding down the fort. As I type, she's running around like a maniac chasing the plastic wrap from my snapple bottle. It's funny how it takes very little to entertain animals....
Anyway, enough about my cat. I must say that I'm a person who loves to try new things and this blogging thing will certainly qualify as something new for me. Especially since I'm technically challenged and it took me an hour to figure out how to upload my picture. But this is also kind of fun; it's a new way to introduce yourself to the class without just copying and pasting the paragraph you posted in the last class and just modified a few details (or maybe that's just what I did :-p).
I'm currently an Insurance Lines Analyst in the Personal Auto Department for a company called ISO. Some people in the insurance industry might be familiar with my company but for the most part are always confused, especially when I try to explain what they do. Basically, my company supplies insurance companies with data such as forms, loss cost, claims information.
I must say, the insurance industry sort of found me because I sure wasn't looking for it
. When i graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Sociology, there wasn't really an abundance of jobs available. I went to a recruiting agency, which told me about a position at my current company and I went for it.

I've learned a lot from this program but it's very challenging and I'm excited to be near the finish line.
